Thanks. I think it's server-dependent. You can see the name of the server appear briefly (well, usually briefly) in the lower left of the Firefox status bar. I don't find the vanilla Yahoo Web editor terrible, given the known limitations of chat group commun- cation. The hard return thang is a tough concept for a lot of computer newbies to get, because they're used to the joys of intelligent wordwrap. But for us who used to cruise the Net back when it was still Arpanet, short line lengths and hard returns at the end of every line have become de rigeur. It just improves the reader experience, and thus is IMO worth the extra time. I've always appreciated that you take the time to format your posts such that they are readable by most people on most browsers or readers, Judy. It's a nice thing to do. God, details, all that.
