Chemtrails are supposedly some experiment by the government to try to curb environmental problems. Likely story. How do you like being a lab rat for the government? Apparently they even put the tanks on commercial airliners and when one mechanic started asking what they were he got into trouble. Let's see if you won't drink their drugs in the water supply they'll spray it on you.
