About 10 years ago my nervous system was extremely damaged and all my problems I had more or less under control were exacerbated beyond my ability to cope. TM and the TM-sidhis, which I used to practice quite religiously,, became quite irregular. I'm recoverig at least somewhat, so I'm starting to practice at least once a day agin, sometimes even twice.
