If the TMO was really concerned with followup programs they would have found a way to keep TM Centers open to provide them. They do seem more concerned with brand name protection and price protection than providing real followup. I kept a center open and provided follow up for many years after everyone headed for the hills. Don't tell me it's about concern for the welfare of mediators.
