Something a friend pointed out once about Chopra and the Maharishi Ayurveda organization applies to the entire TMO in all of its ramifications, IMHO: All this busywork such as Maharishi AYurveda, NLP, Organic Greenhouses, Vedic Architectures, is at least as much about the people whom MMY put in charge of the project as it was ever about the actual goal they were set to accomplish. The purpose of the project was to give the individuals something to do to further their growth in some way, not necessarily to accomplish the project. That was often (usually?) a secondary issue.
