Thank you for making this distinction. Yes, after puberty, I guess it is a matter of consent, at least according to the law. There are strong sentiments that argue that sex between adults and minors should not be forbidden-at least under some circumstances. Most states have the age of consent at 17, or in some cases 16, I believe.
