Actually, Sparaig, I think Maharishi lives in the cocoon of his private fantasy world. I have heard too many people tell stories of how they felt about leaving the cocoon (cult) world of MUM to go out into the other world and get a job.
Sounds just like what TurquoiseB is saying about Maharishi. Actually, it sounds a bit like Michael Jackson, too, but that's another sad story about cocoons and cult-fantasy.
