Yep, that "the" got someone on Purusha all bent out of shape and he was in charge of something that I was trying to interact with. My friend had to calm him down. You could hear the eye-rolling while my friend was talking to me on the phone about the matter.
The TMO has plenty of nuts. Some are short-term due to unstressing, and some may well be permanent. I don't believe that the black- listing is an automatic thing that permeates the TMO.
