Only if the mayor was convicted of terrorism and the
boy pundit drove him to the site of the crime. You are
not even being logical today - put down the pipe and
step away from the laptop. The Mayor of Vedic City
isn't even charged with terrorism. It hasn't even
been established if the mayor has a pundit boy with
an umbrella over his head with a tinfoil turban.
