hmmm, so first off, I call it the crown chakra opening because others have described such an energy center associated with the crown of the head area. So when I get this whooshy intense bliss coming upwards and outwards, it is me. At least there is no seperation felt, mainly because the bliss is so intense. Often times it feels like my face is flushed, and I am just intensely and quietly euphoric, in love with the world and everything in it. Nothing I am aware of reliably precedes such an event. The last time I recall it occurring I was pulling out of my driveway in my van...go figure...sometimes I've been able to get a mini version of it by listening to some power pop type music like Rush. This is my experience- not much of it makes any sense to me, hope it helps...
