I was adopted, and my only interest is knowing my biological background. Last winter, I became aware of https://www.23andme.com/ and their DNA testing service, however, the cost was $1000 and all I did was bookmark the site. Well, last week I went back to the site and saw that a few weeks ago they dropped the price to $400. Yay! In a few weeks I'll know something about my maternal and paternal ancestry as well as a whole bunch of genetic traits.
