I agree.  The University of Texas wants to buy out a local hamburger
joint I was at last night.  The owner doesn't want to sell and is 
afraid UT will use this ruling to force him out.  He has his 
ownpetition drive going and was on the news last night due to the 
ruling.  UT wants to build a parking garage to accomodate a hotel 
they want to build across the way.
