What this is, is more like Communism Soviet style where they take your privately owned property for the good of the community. The difference being the Government turns around and sells it to a developer who will increase the value of the property so it can be taxed higher. And the government will be the one determining what a "fair " price is. So If you own property in Vedic City, Watch OUT! Or If you have your little organic farm outside some town and Wal-mart decides that they need that land for a new store, tuff luck.
