Correct. It had to do with personal experiences of the Dalai Lama which you do not understand or are willing to acknowledge. What the tibetans in Tibet themselves think of his achievements is a different matter; they are more on the 2 + side of things regarding "His Holiness's" abilities to achieve anything whatsover for Tibetan culture or religion.
