THere's a few differences between reality and what you describe 
above. The main ones are that the recerted teachers, for the most 
part, are high-ranking types in the TMO, and the rajahs certainly are 
(either they are independently wealthy, or have enough rich friends 
in the TM movement to raise $3 million for them to become rajahs).

Games that might be pulled on the recerted non-rajahs won't work with 
the rajahs nearly as easily.
