Actually, they do, although I've never become a fan.
Something in me just intuitively resists eating organs
whose very function is to strain out the impurities 
and bad chemicals that the animal eats and store them.  :-)

But out of a commitment to being a Tantric and a willing-
ness to try almost anything twice (you might not really
"get" it the first time), I've tried a few of these French
oddities.  They were always unique, and I can understand
why some people develop a taste for them, but I'm not 
likely to become one of them.

Same with escargot.  Interesting concept, but the reality
kinda strikes me as "pencil erasers in garlic butter."  :-)
