I'm sure it's a troll, but it's certainly a creepy troll, and even creepier for Barry to attempt to suggest those who decline to go along with the troll do so because there's something WRONG with them. Not that such creepiness isn't what we've come to expect from Barry. With Doug, in contrast, one never knows quite *what* to expect, which I suspect is what he intends.
