Indeed. Perhaps we should advise the fellow to cancel his trip to Seville and journey instead to Santa Clara, CA, where he can visit with enlightened_dawn11, who has claimed to be enlightened as a result of practicing TM. Just look at the wisdom, equanimity, and genteel, highly-evolved language enlightened_dawn uses above, and in similar posts to Fairfield Life. Notice how free of jealousy these posts are, and how free of anger or any kind of lesser <spit> human emotion. Note the way ed11 is able to see Unity and the best in everything and everyone. Note also how much ed11 embodies Maharishi's idea of "creative intelligence" by *making up* most of what is written above, about someone she/he has never met. Surely the wannabe Seville-visitor would be better off spending time with someone who so obviously represents and lives all the qualities and bene- fits of enlightenment. Think of all that he could learn from enlightened_dawn11, as opposed to the little he could learn from meeting someone like myself, who has never claimed to be enlightened. The choice is clear. Spend time in a wonderful country full of charm and history and people who know how to live life as if living it fully were ...uh...the *point* of life. Or cancel the trip and go instead to a town known far and wide as the asshole of the greater SF Bay area, there to hang with someone as "enlightened" as ed11 and bask in her/his holy darshan. I sure know which one I'd choose. Hmmmm...come to think of it, I already did. :-)
