According to the Israeli paper Haaretz, the warning came *after* the first explosion, not before. And the Underground is, er, *under* buildings (very deep under), not above them. In any case, the first explosion was under the hotel Bebe was staying at, not under where he was planning to go. (This may be a cover story, but it certainly is entirely plausible.)
