Wasn't it in '75? Father Thomas Keating. A very cool dude indeed. He has written quite a number of good books. He saw both the benefits of TM opening an interior spiritual life for people and the unfortunate cult aspects that can come out of the social dynamics of a meditating group. A very balanced guy. I remember he stayed in our Frat, 152, and we had to be very quiet for him because he went to bed at 8:00pm!
