Perhaps we should start charging them. Starting at $1 and doubling the fine for each provocation or response to such. After the 64th or so, we will have enough money to pay for the entire US health care system, effectively lobby congress to reduce defense spending, build 300 US peace palaces, buy Lub a restaurant, feed the world's poor, donate billions to great teachers, and many other wonderful things.
