Oh great! Jane Hamsher finally comes out in favor of single payer. She did her best to play ball with the DC insiders to push the public option but now that she sees that Harry Reid, and Nancy Peolsi were going to pull a bait and switch all along in favor of the insurance industry, she's pissed and I don't blame her. Despite the fact they strung her along, allowing her to play her role as pacifier of the progressives, she still wants to work with the Democrats and promote candidates running in 2010 who support single payer. I hope she is successful. IMO it's too little too late. The insurance companies have won, they outmaneuvered Jane and we're screwed. So all you hopey, dopey changers out there, how do you like the idea of paying for mandated insurance without a public option? Get used to it, suckers.
