It would appear you are denying that the feds had the rights any other individual would have -- to retain what was legally sold to them. By any legal standpoint I can see, the feds were perfectly justified in retaining their lawfully purchased property. Suddenly saying you don't like your neighbor and you want the property back you sold them, and shooting at them if they fail to comply, is not a legal recourse, is it?
