The issue of the attendance in the Domes has more of a practical value and less of the big issue of "purity of the teaching". It simply has to do with that noone doing the TMSP there should be exposed to that the fellow next to you are doing some "padme hum" or whatever. If that started to happen the Dome-numbers would fall dramatically very fast.
