Perhaps pseudo-non-religion fits better. That is, its claimed to not
be a religion by its adherents.  But if you take all 40 vedic
technologies, the rajas, the raja coronations ceremonies, pundits,
etc, to heart, the whole bag, not just TM, it appears to clearly be of
a religious nature. Thus it is a counterfeit non-religion, that is,
its a religion.
