Yup that's how it has been working for some time. Ayurvedic
Centers/hotels, Age of E Centers, World Peace Assembly Buildings,
and the bought land to build such. Veda Land in FL - just or in the
process of being sold, old hotels, skyscrappers in NYC, land for
highways in TX. The only ones that have managed to retain ownership
seems to be the Kaplans.
