Well, it does sound pretty abstact although I don't doubt that this can
happen.  There is the oft repeated contention that "sons bear the fruit
of their father's sins" or some such phrase.  I am trying to envision
when I may have done something like this.  As a parent you sometimes
feel like you would like to take on your kids karma to lessen their
struggles in some area, but the actual mechanics to do so were never
apparent to me (funny pun).
