I was just wondering, because the older I get, the less
compelling I find most TV fare and most films compared to
good reading. Reading seems more involving somehow than
passively sitting in front of a screen. Even as a social
activity, I'd far rather read to someone or have them
read to me than watch TV or a film with them (although
that can be fun once in a while).
