Amma's IAM meditation (which one has to sign a legal confidentiality agreement
to learn) also takes one to Self in a mere 20 to 30 minutes a day.
Why is the path to Self and Enlightenment taught by these (and I'm sure many
other gurus) in the spirit of love and compassion for the purpose of uplifting
the planet rife with so many exclusionary procedures?

Yoga-lite? What could be more effective than a technique

that takes the mind to the Self in and easy and effective way?
