It's true that the military does have certain ethics; and one is that you 'fall in line' and 'you don't question', and 'you toe the party line'. However, there are other opinionated people, who, because of the freedoms guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution, are free to express their beliefs. Thank God, that there are other folks, that make up this country, and who are starting to raise their voices, against the fiasco, of this war. Now, in Nazi Germany, it was the vogue, or at least seemed like it was for a time, to support "Der Furher, in anything Der Furher, had to say or do.. They even devised a sort of salute to Der Furher, which honored him as a god. Further, no one dared questioned Der Furher; else they would soon meet their death, at the hands of other blind obedient cowardly demonic types. As we know, this blind obedience to a power-hungry, drug-addicted, demonic dictator led to the destruction of Germany, the annihilation of 6,000,000 innocents, and the lesson: Let's not go this way again...
