It's just from personal experience: I've had the experience of trying to explain a spiritual principle of or lesson to someone; and it's as if they 'blank' out, as though they are not meant to hear, 'that one' yet. I guess, evolution, takes place in steps, and due to certain laws, of karma, I guess, you can't skip steps. If one is not meant to see something, which would confuse one, then perhaps he/she would not see it anyway, even if it occurred right in front of them.
