Maheshiji at the level of inscrutable enlightenment? He had the Elvis effect and the lingering effects of his fading sadhana along with lots of money. Soon the money eclipsed any need for sadhana. In the end, he was little more than a Hindu Howard Hughes, albeit in a much tackier hotel.
