Mea culpa if I mistook what has definitely been a local policy, possibly sponsored by local Girl Scout supporters, for the national one. But there have actually been articles in newspapers where I've lived over the years about the Girl Scout who won the contest and got a scholarship, so the policy does exist at least in some places. ------------------------ Yahoo!
