Actually MJ74 it's pretty quiet around here this afternoon.  I mean, relatively 
speaking.  Must be the beautiful autumn weather.  So post to your heart's 
content, stir away, etc.

Ok, here's a question:

Are mantra and japa mutually exclusive?
