I don't know how the pornographic movie business compensates men in the age of Viagra, but pre-Viagra, men in the movies earned way less than women. There was an article in the New Yorker some years back that talked about his. Dudes got $200 per money shot. Women were the stars and were paid accordingly, although I don't recall the compensation.
