All of the comments are true;
But I did think it was a departure;
That he at least speak the words;
Which before this, he was saying;
He was just "working there"; 
And the department of whatever(FEMA);
Was mostly responsible.

As far as "baby boomers" taking responsibility;
Issues have been used, in regards to Clinton's
Behavior, and the so-called "culture wars"
And how the republican right, has used these 
Issues, infering that people on the left;
Are just dreamy, hippies, and not realistic,
And don't take responsibility.
So, it's just the same manifestation;
Of arrogant leadership;
To think you are above being human;
And above ever admitting that you might have,
made a mistake.
