Sorry if my question was too tough for you.

I'll say what I think, though.  I suspect it would be
exceedingly rare that one would characterize a woman
who is supported by a man in exchange for sex as a
deadbeat who sponges off her boyfriend.

And yet the situations are identical except for the
gender reversal.  What accounts for the difference
in terminology?
