I do this true. Trouble is, if you have to get into the habit of skipping
Barry's and Judy's posts, then you miss the good stuff they write.

I agree. I don't think anyone has committed banable offenses. Barry has
already apologized and promised to clean up his act. I hope Judy will do the
same. She needn't even apologize. Just, if possible, stop doing whatever it
is that upsets so many so much. People might get this pissy in a marriage,
but in a chat group, where there's plenty of time to cool off or ignore
annoying posts, there's no excuse for it.
