The question is, are we free or are we bound? If free, then there's no reason for a yoga; if bound, by what means can we free ourselves? Unless you somehow have the ability to mentally alter the laws of cause and effect. Not any easy task. If you had free will, you could command your crap to flow upstream instead of down stream.
