Yesterday I watched a political thriller, State of Play. I chose it from the 
library because of the extraordinary cast: Russel Crowe, Ben Affleck, Helen 
Mirran, Robin Wright and Jeff Daniels. In Rolling Stones magazine, Peter 
Travers called it a gripping thriller and Ebert called it a smart, ingenious 
thriller.
