Ann, I can't quite put my finger on what was lacking in this movie. Like I
said, the cast was great. I think the story was both convoluted but
predictable. The dialogue was just ok. And so many of the scenes were shot with
not much lighting. I'm glad I saw it. I would recommend it for its acting. It's
like it had great potential but didn't quite live up to it.
I'll check it out and maybe take a look at the British "version".
