In my experience, the mind becomes like the air, invisible and as
non-existent, concentrated only in response to a desire or outside
stimulus. No longer "mine". Acting as "I" is based much more on past
habit rather than ownership. In fact the very concept of ownership,
of ego, seems very strange and curious, and yet the trappings of
same can be donned at a moments notice, if circumstance warrants it,
then dropped again, like a convenient raincoat.

The consciousness is stillness, then it interacts with someone and
unity emerges, owned by neither of us...then back to stillness,
until next time.

Having said that, the question is what to do now, having spent
decades in pursuit of ego dissolution (or infinite expansion)? The
answer is to revel in all of life, "good" and "bad". There are no
more artificial distinctions now. I tend to push my physical limits
more now, just because it is so interesting! Causes minor problems
with the body, but that is simply more to discover. This probably
sounds odd, but what is life if not odd?
