turq, I don't think it's fair to impose posting limits on just one

Isn't that just like a TMO guy to react to shared information with
censorship? That's probably the way they carry on conversations at
cafes in Netherlands, but on FFL there are no posting limits anymore.
Barry just seems to be JELLOS.
We've all probably said everything we can think of that's important to
us. What I'd like to see is what average TMers are doing and how they
act in their daily life. Apparently nobody out there has a digital
camera - or how to upload a flat file - maybe it's that they don't do
very much in a day. Of all the discussion groups I read on the
internet and participate in, Yahoo! FFL sucks as far as sharing
information. It's amazing how just a half-dozen informants have kept
it going for all these years! But, it's almost to the point of being a
juvenile chat room in the last few months. Where is Judy when we need
her? Go figure.
/Thanks to all who have shared their thoughts here./ It's been a slice.
Other discusson groups of interest on Google Groups:
alt.zen
alt.meditation
alt.meditation.transcendental
alt.casteneda.dreams
alt.buddha.short.fat.guy
You haven't posted in quite a while on alt.meditation.transcendental. I
guess you are having a tough time reading the Farsi?
But why you clutter FFL either makes you look unstable or you need to
reset your Twitter account password as you apparently lost it. I'm sure
you have a lot of followers on your Twitter account.
Of course FFL often reads like the OCD ward of Fairfield State Hospital
for the Insane. :-D

I think it's worth pointing out that, a few months after removing the
posting limits, only one person is left abusing the privilege. I tend
not to notice, because I read FFL via email these days and have his
ID blocked, so I never see his posts. But I would imagine that many
other people are being subjected to this many posts from him every
week, and thus being forced to click past them to get to something
more substantive.
I know that it isn't worth appealing to this person's sense of
decency and propriety, since he has neither, but might it not be time
to consider posting limits on the one person who seems intent on
spamming the rest of the group with his idiocy?
