I didn't read it as a big dump. kind of straightforward. But, IMO, not nasty. She was addressing inconsistencies she sees between your words and actions. Fair game. That it was a "dump" is an iterpretation. One that I think not many would draw. Of course that raises an issue, how does one know which interpretations is correct? (hint -- interpretations are one step below "stories" in terms of having some sort of absolute validity) But more importantly, even if it was truly, universally proclaimed by all beings as a huge dump on you, SO WHAT? Does the analogy of a small clod of mud thrown in to a deep crystal lake resonate with your experience at all? Do you ever see any humor in "percieved insults"? (hint the humor can come i) from seeing oneself getting so wound up in an interpreation, ii) and it can come from seeing how so wrapped up in some odd interpretation the other must be to "induce" an insult, or iii) from just laughing that a big load of your karma just got reallocated to the insulter, or iv) that the person might be right and realizing "I am an ass sometimes, aren't I, go figure. I feel so Full". ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> Get fast access to your favorite Yahoo! Groups.
