I like it! Though, to be honest, real ice cream is (or was) my preferred cheat food. With my weight as low as it is, I can justify cheats a few times a week, but I finally linked blasts of carbohydrate intake to insanely painful leg cramps. The worst offender is a brownie, no doubt due to the potent combo of sugar and starch. But a large enough portion of ice cream or even a large sushi roll can cause cramps. So, these days, fresh fruit is my sugary treat.
