I'm still feeling you and want to do something useful. Here's what I'm thinking:
Definitely take it easy. Enjoy your self. Do the things that you like. Do the same thing for others. Realize, that this Anger Thing is a trap...that you are not even in right now. Feel your feelings and they end. I sometimes appear to be very angry with people. People who know me know that my love for them far exceeds my momentary anger with them. It passes. I promise. Try not to act out. I know that's not easy, but you can.
