well, hagelin is hard to get ahold of due to the minor celebrity 
status. You could try a request through his office, but he's doing 
the Lynch Tour right now so it might be months before you gota 
response (if ever). Orme-Johnson is semi-retired. Fred travis is on 
tour with Lynch also. Arenander is a Raja part-time and researcher 
part time, so who knows if he's available...

I guess I'd just look at who is on the list of co-authors and see 
which ones are most accessible.

Sorry I can't be of more help, but even on things that are of current 
interest to MUM faculty, they're darned hard to get ahold of these 
days, or so I have found.
