They went to have a look at something left over from the birth of the solar
system and thus learn about our planet and how it formed, is organic matter
present throughout space and where does water come from? It's all interesting
enough without inventing mysteries!
They should publish the mystery song for the world to hear on the internet.
Are they afraid that others can decipher the tune beyond the official
interpretations?

Catchy little number, needs a backbeat but otherwise it's not too shabby. Can't
make out any lyrics though, but it is just an oscillation in the comet's
magnetic field. No aliens yet....
