Rick doesn't have much attention on FFL these days, but my guess is that he's well aware of Buck's incessant whining, and I think Rick's lack of action so far is a good indication that he will do nothing. Rick generally respects my take on things, and IMO, FFL is currently the best it's been in a very long time. If I have any say in the matter, Buck's request will be completely ignored.
