 One of the guys in your article has been overdoing the steroids I think, 
definitely NOT part of my new "exercise" plan. In fact, I won't be imagining 
weights as heavy as those either. It's good to warm up before training, so I 
think I'll let myself into it gently with imagining a walk round the park and 
maybe a swim when the weather warms up. 
 

 I'll be as fit as a fiddle in no time....
